Campus maps can be downloaded here. Various parking lots on campus are available with prices ranging from $1-6. Guest permits are required for many events. Get more details on parking by contacting the ISU Public Safety Department at 812-237-8888 or email@example.com.
Whether you need a slideshow for your wedding reception or an installed screen for your conference’s keynote speaker, Indiana State provides a wide range of technology options. We can give you access to audio/visual equipment, projectors, installed screens, PowerPoint, wireless Internet, videotaping, lighting and sound. Additional fees may apply for certain technological services.
You can expect a level of excellence in both the service and quality of dining at Indiana State University. The majority of on-campus venues use services by Sodexo. However, several other preferred caterers are available in the Hulman Center, such as Azar Catering and MCL Cafeterias. Bar services in the Hulman Center are provided by Sodexo, Azar Catering and Ballyhoo International, Inc.
From simple to spectacular, choosing ISU for your next event means choosing a space that reflects your personality and meets your goals. Most venues come with tables, chairs and cocktail tables. Our event planning experts can help you coordinate the rest of your décor, such as tablecloths, centerpieces, spotlights and other decorations.
If you require help controlling access to your event, Indiana State will arrange security services. Security can also help guide traffic and provide services to help you relax and make your special event more enjoyable. Additional fees apply.
Housing and Accommodations
On-campus housing is available for summer conferences. Other events can utilize some on-campus housing, as well as local hotels, many of which are within walking distance. Hilton Garden, Candlewoods Suites and Quality Inn lie mere blocks away. Go just a few short miles and you can find Holiday Inn Express, along with many others.
