General Information and Forms

Indiana State has provided a list of policies, procedures and forms below that may need to be filled out for your event, as well as tools to help you execute your event. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Events and Services team at isu-conferenceandeventservices@mail.indstate.edu.

A fifty percent non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing. An invoice for the remaining payment will be sent following the event and payment is expected within 30 days.

With bar services, additional security is required per hour.

If you do not have an event planner for your event, our Indiana State event planners have experiences in planning everything from small, private dinners to weddings for more than 500 guests.
